Roosevelt was born and raised in the state of Florida, he is what we call a true Floridian, who specializes in Florida”.  A resident of South Florida with his wife Rachel, they volunteer in the community, and have been volunteering for the last 25+ yrs.  Seven years’ experience in banking benefits buyers and sellers in understanding the lending process and is also where he established his desire to help buyers and sellers and build lasting relationships.  Volunteering in construction under a certified licensed contractor has contributed to his knowledge and understanding of what is involved in being an experienced Realtor.

Roosevelt chose the Real Estate industry because of his skills in public relations and communication which is a benefit in connecting with people looking to buy and sell homes.  He shows sincerity, professionalism, and detailed efficiency to complete every real estate transaction for all buyers and sellers.  His volunteer work of teaching people in the community has taught him the importance of listening to what a person needs.  If you had to describe Roosevelt in a phrase “honesty, loyalty and willing to help everyone.”  This makes him part of the successful formula in the journey of real estate.
